was too tired so didn't blog yesterday....
happenings on Saturday...
went to a showflat somewhere near my house. went in and was introduced to the layout and house sizes by an agent. after my sis and i stepped in and instantly took interest in the 2 temporary design houses that were in there. without any delay, we went in and looked around. the theme was black and white..... the air-con was excellent and the funiture that was inside seemed very comfortable. there was a nice cool huge double decker bed, a drink dispenser and the best of all cool bathrooms....it had a rain shower in everyone and a sunken bathtub cum shower area...( it has to be that way in order to attract buyers).<<

while we were busily roaming around, my parents were shown around by the agent and in no time we all sat at a comfy sofa so that the agent seek ways to try to ask us to be interested in the condo and buy it. since the agent was doing his best to convince us my father acted interested and let him talk for approximately half an hour.... then we told him that we would think about it and left the place....
happenings today.....
went to eat in a newly opened japanese eatery......
since they specialized in buffet, my father decided that we would try that....
shockingly, the food was EXCELLENT...really EXCELLENT....for us......we had the usual jap steam egg which i always love, some soft shell crab... some sushi,triyaki chicken and beef, etc....
after ordering the first serving.... we ordered another one and another one.... i think we almost ordered half the menu....fortunately, my father was not worried about the cost as it was a buffet.( if it was not he would have gone nuts but the high price that he would have to pay later). we took about one and a half hours to eat and then left with full stomachs.... haha
after having our lunch, we went to another showflat. it was much nearer to our house so we decided to just go and take a look. it was from the same developer as the pervious one that we went on saturday.... both looked alike but the price for this condo was "double bomb" more that the previous one for the 4 bedroom and "triple bomb" more for a 2 storey one. my father was stunned and again act interested. haha.
after the agent discussed everything with us, we just left still shocked by the steep price it carried.....
